Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.
• Some items ship from overseas warehouses and may take up to 2–4 weeks to arrive. The estimated delivery window is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur due to customs, carrier volume, or weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@petloveria.com and we'll help track it down. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
